We are accepting applications from Energetic, Spirit Filled, High School, Bible College and Adult Volunteers that wish to affect a positive change and growth in the lives of our campers by imparting the Mind of Jesus Christ.

We choose our counselors based on their Spiritual maturity, quality of leadership, their availability to the call of God and their ability to bring forth a positive roll model for our young people.

• Supervision of a group of 7-12 campers for up to 1 week in a Leadership role, assisting role, or training role (depending on your position as a counselor)
• Sharing the gospel and leading cabin devotions
• Investing into the lives of young people 7-18 years old
• Daily participation in ALL group activities
• Run or assist in running daily activities (ex: Volleyball, tennis, boating, climbing wall, etc as determined by Camp Life Administrative Staff )
• Help organize and/or supervise team activities and evening games
• To stay with your assigned campers at all times unless Camp Life Administrative Staff has granted you time off and your campers have adequate coverage.
• Not to pursue relationships with the opposite gender (boyfriend/girlfriend). Remember your prime responsibility while at Camp Life is to the campers in your group and/or activity.
• Not to leave the property or go to your cars unless Camp Life Administrative Staff has authorized each instance. (No Campers are allowed to in their cars or off the premises)

• Have a desire and ability to share the Gospel with campers in small group and one-to-one settings.
• Be able to get along with and work well with children, peers (fellow staff), and receive instruction.
• Be willing to work hard and remain focused on Christ and the campers in your group and/or activities.
• C.I.T's (Counselor In Training) must be at least 14 years of age. Selection is based upon level of maturity.
• Assistant Counselors must be at least 16 years of age, have a High School level education, and completed 1 year as a C.I.T. Selection is based on level of maturity.
• Head Counselors must be at least 18 years of age, and preferably Completed 1 year as a C.I.T, and/or 1 year as an Assistant. Bible College attendees preferred. Selection is based on level of maturity.
• All Staff must be willing to give up all electronic devices during their stay at the Camp Life Program.
• These devices include but are not limited to: the use of cell phones, i-pods, laptops, black berries, portable audio/video players, clock-radios, or other electronic devices.
• While at the Camp Life Program we want to give ourselves an opportunity to be removed from the pressures of the world and it's distractions.
• We encourage you to leave all electronic devices either at home, or in your cars. We offer secure storage for those who do not have cars to place your valuables in.
