• Campers are accepted as registration is received.
• Completed registration form, completed and signed medical form, and deposit constitutes a registration.
• If we are unable to accept a camper, you will be notified.
• Balance is due upon arrival at camp. To speed up registration, you can pay off the balance earlier.
• Transportation from Baltimore is available by bus for $40.00. Contact the Youth office in Baltimore to register.

Step 2: If your child needs transportation from Greater Grace World Outreach to Camp Life, please fill out the Parent's authorization Form and send it along with the form in the previous step.

Step 1: Fill out the online form. When you are done, a page with all the information that you have entered will be displayed. Please print that page, sign it and mail it to us at:
